Inside our approach
03Our approach

Good questions.
Verifiable answers.

In wealth and equity, the details are the work. Our research starts with practical problems and follows the evidence, from individual fields to the economics of a complete workflow.

01Start with the real task

A fund letter is more than a page of text. Names, dates, tables, and numbers have to be read together. AWE uses realistic financial document layouts to test extraction in that context.

02Know the ground truth

Our benchmark documents are generated from a financial model with exact answer keys. The underlying records let us check individual fields without publishing private investor documents.

03Make the tradeoffs visible

Accuracy is one part of the picture. We examine missing fields, incorrect values, failed documents, cost, and latency so a strong headline score does not hide practical limitations.
